Ad-Darr in the Quran
Say, ‘I have no control over any benefit for myself nor [over] any harm except what Allah may wish. There is a time for every nation: when their time comes, they shall not defer it by a single hour nor shall they advance it.’ Should Allah visit you with some distress there is no one to remove it except Him; and should He bring you some good, then He has power over all things. Every soul shall taste death, and We will test you with good and ill by way of test, and to Us you will be brought back. Al-Anbiyaa : 35
