It is narrated from Ya'la bin Marwah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I have seen three such miracles of the Prophet (ﷺ) which no one before me has seen, nor will anyone after me be able to see. Once, I set out on a journey with the Prophet (ﷺ). During the journey, we passed by a woman who had her child with her. She said, "O Messenger of Allah! (ﷺ) This child has some affliction because of which we remain worried. During the day, it affects him countless times." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Hand him over to me." She handed him over. The Prophet (ﷺ) seated the child between himself and the saddle, then opened his mouth and put his saliva into it three times and said, "In the name of Allah! I am the servant of Allah. O enemy of Allah! Get away." Saying this, he handed the child back to his mother and said, "When we return by this place, bring him to us again and tell us how his condition has been." Then we moved on. On our return, when we passed by that place again, we saw three goats with that woman. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked, "How has your child been?" She replied, "By the One Who sent you with the truth, we have not felt his illness until now (and this is true). Take these goats." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Get down and take only one goat from them and return the rest to her." Similarly, one day I went out with the Prophet (ﷺ) towards the desert. Upon reaching there, the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Look, do you see any place? Apparently, this tree cannot provide cover either." The Prophet (ﷺ) asked, "What is near it?" I replied, "There is another tree like it or close to it." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Go to both trees and say to them that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commands you to come together by Allah's permission." So, both of them came together, and the Prophet (ﷺ) relieved himself. Then, after returning, he said, "Go and tell them that the Prophet (ﷺ) commands you to return to your places." So it happened. Similarly, one day I was sitting with the Prophet (ﷺ) when a camel came running and placed its neck before the Prophet (ﷺ), and then tears started flowing from its eyes. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Look, whose camel is this? Its matter seems strange." So I went out in search of its owner and found out that it belonged to an Ansari man. I called him and brought him to the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) asked him, "What is the matter with this camel?" He said, "By Allah, I do not know much, except that we used to work with it and carry water on it, but now it has become unable to carry water, so last night we decided to slaughter it and distribute its meat." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do not do so. Give it to me as a gift, or sell it to me." He said, "O Messenger of Allah! (ﷺ) It is yours." The Prophet (ﷺ) marked it as charity and sent it with them.

It is narrated from Ya'la bin Murrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a woman brought her child to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! (ﷺ) This child is suffering from an affliction which causes us distress." The Prophet (ﷺ) opened the child's mouth and put his saliva into it three times and said: "In the name of Allah! I am the servant of Allah. O enemy of Allah! Get away." The child was cured at that very moment. His mother presented two rams, some cheese, and some ghee to the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Take the cheese, ghee, and one ram, and return the other."

It is narrated from Ya'la (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (ﷺ) would stand for prayer, before the takbeer he would wipe his hand over the faces of his companions. I had applied a perfume called khuluq, so the Prophet (ﷺ) wiped his hand over the faces of the other companions but left me out. I went back and washed it off, and when I attended the next prayer, the Prophet (ﷺ) wiped his hand over my face and said, "You have returned with a good religion." 'Ala (Ya'la) repented, and his voice reached the sky.

It is narrated from Ya'la bin Murrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I set out on a journey with the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) intended to relieve himself, so he commanded two trees, and they came together. Then he commanded them again, and they returned to their places. In the same way, one day I was sitting with the Prophet (ﷺ) when a camel came running and placed its neck before the Prophet (ﷺ), and then tears started flowing from its eyes. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do you know what this camel is saying? It is saying that its owner wants to slaughter it." The Prophet (ﷺ) called its owner and said, "Will you gift it to me?" He said, "O Messenger of Allah! (ﷺ) It is very dear to me." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Then treat it well." He said, "O Messenger of Allah! (ﷺ) Now I will not take care of any of my wealth as much as I will take care of it." Then the Prophet (ﷺ) passed by a grave in which the deceased was being punished. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "He is not being punished for any major reason." Then the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered a branch to be planted on his grave and said, "Perhaps as long as it remains fresh, his punishment will be lightened."

It is narrated from Ya'la (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) passed by a grave and said that the one in this grave is being punished, but not for any major reason. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) asked for a branch, placed it on the grave, and said: As long as it remains fresh, it is possible that the punishment will be lightened for him during that time.

It is narrated from Ya'la (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) went to a meal at an invitation. When the Prophet (ﷺ) reached those people, he saw that Imam Hussain (may Allah be pleased with him) was playing with the children. The Prophet (ﷺ) moved forward to catch him, so Imam Hussain (may Allah be pleased with him) would sometimes run this way and sometimes that way. The Prophet (ﷺ) began to make him laugh, until he caught him. Then he placed one hand under his neck and the other under his chin, and placed his blessed mouth on his mouth and said, "Hussain is from me and I am from Hussain. May Allah love the person who loves Hussain. Hussain is a complete group and tribe."

It is narrated from Ya'la (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Hasan and Husayn (may Allah be pleased with them) came running to the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) embraced them and said, "Children become a cause of miserliness and cowardice, and the last seizure that the Most Merciful inflicted upon the disbelievers was at the place of Waj." Benefit: Waj was the name of an area in Ta'if, after which the Prophet (ﷺ) did not undertake any expedition.

Go away." The child was cured at that very moment. His mother presented two rams, some cheese, and some ghee to the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Ya'la! Take the cheese, ghee, and one ram, and return the other."

It is narrated from Ya'la bin Murrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that one day I went out towards the desert with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Upon reaching a certain place, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Go to those two trees and tell them that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commands you, by Allah's permission, to come together." So I went to them and said this, and the two trees came together. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) then relieved himself, and after returning, said, "Go and tell them that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commands you to return to your respective places." And so it happened.

It is narrated from Ya'la bin Marwah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I have seen three such miracles of the Prophet (ﷺ) which no one before me has seen, nor will anyone after me be able to see. One day I was sitting with the Prophet (ﷺ) when a camel came running and, coming before the Prophet (ﷺ), lowered its neck and then tears started flowing from its eyes. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Hey! See, whose camel is this? Its matter seems strange." So I went out in search of its owner and found out that he was an Ansari man. I called him and brought him to the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) asked him, "What is the matter with this camel?" He said, "By Allah, I do not know much, except that we used to work with it and bring water on it, but now it has become unable to bring water, so last night we decided to slaughter it and distribute its meat." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do not do so. Give it to me as a gift, or give me its price." He said, "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), it is yours." The Prophet (ﷺ) marked it as charity and sent it with them. Then we set out, and at one place the Prophet (ﷺ) camped and slept. A tree split the ground and came out, and shaded the Prophet (ﷺ), then after a while it went back. When the Prophet (ﷺ) woke up, I mentioned this to him. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "That tree asked its Lord for permission to greet me, which Allah granted it." During the journey, we passed by a woman who had her child with her. She said, "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), this child has some affliction because of which we remain worried. During the day, it affects him many times." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Hand him to me." She handed him over. The Prophet (ﷺ) seated the child between himself and the saddle, then opened his mouth and put his saliva in it three times, and said, "In the name of Allah! I am the servant of Allah. O enemy of Allah! Go away." Saying this, he handed the child back to his mother and said, "When we pass by this place again, bring him to us again and tell us how his condition has been." Then we moved on. On the return, when we reached there again, we saw three goats with that woman. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked, "How has your child been?" She replied, "By the One Who sent you with the truth, we have not felt his illness until now (and this is true)."

It is narrated from Ya'la (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever finds a lost item that is of little value, such as a dirham or a rope, should announce it for three days. If he wishes to increase this, he may announce it for up to six days.

It is narrated from Ya'la (may Allah be pleased with him) that I do not think anyone has seen such miracles of the Prophet (ﷺ) as I have seen. Then he mentioned the incidents of the child, the trees, and the camel. However, in this, it is also mentioned that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "What is the matter? Your camel is complaining about you that you used to load water on it and bring it, but now that it has become old, you want to slaughter it?" He said, "You are right, by the One Who sent you as a Prophet, this was indeed my intention, but now I will not do so."

It is narrated from Ya'la (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) saw the fragrance called Khaluq applied on me, so he asked, "Have you gotten married?" I replied, "No." He said, "Then go and wash it off three times and do not apply it again."

It is narrated from Ya'la bin Murrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: Whoever unjustly takes even a span of land, on the Day of Resurrection he will be forced to dig it down to the seventh earth, then it will be made into a collar and placed around his neck until judgment is passed among the people.

It is narrated from Ya'la (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) saw the fragrance called Khaluq applied on me, so he asked, "Have you gotten married?" I replied, "No." He said, "Then go and wash it off three times and do not apply it again."

It is narrated from Ya'la (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) was with his companions (may Allah be pleased with them) in a narrow place. The Prophet (ﷺ) was mounted on his ride, rain was falling from above, and the whole ground below was wet. The time for prayer arrived. The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered the muezzin, who gave the call to prayer and the iqamah. The Prophet (ﷺ) moved his mount forward and led the prayer by making gestures in that state, bowing lower for prostration than for bowing.
