At some point in our lives, we all go through some form of hardship that may cause Anxiety, Stress, or Depression. While being Muslim means having our faith rooted within us, it doesn’t mean that we are invulnerable to facing such challenges.
Trials and tests are a certainty in our lives. As Allah says “Do people think they will be left alone after saying ‘We believe’ without being put to the test?” (Al ‘Ankabut, Ayah 29).
Yet, Allah has provided us with remedies for the trials and tests of this world in the Quran and Sunnah of His Messenger ‘(ﷺ).
Allah reminds us that even when we feel the most alone, He is with us, “Those who believe and whose hearts find comfort in the remembrance of Allah. Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort. “(Surah Ar-Rad, 13:28). You should rest assured while making dua and believe with conviction that Allah is listening.
