Good sleep affects our physical and mental well-being to give us a better quality of life every morning so here is Dua before Sleeping and tips from Sunnah to regain back our spirit and start a new day.
Here are some supplications from different Hadith. Try to recite different Dua daily or all of them before going to bed. It has numerous benefits for you in this life and also afterlife.

Transliteration
Allahumma Bismika Amutu Wa Ahya.
in Arabic
اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْـمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا
Meaning
O Allah, In Your name I die and live
2nd Dua before Sleeping
Transliteration
Bismika rabbee wadaAAtu janbee wabika arfaAAuh, fa-in amsakta nafsee farhamha, wa-in arsaltaha fahfathha bima tahfathu bihi AAibadakas-saliheen
in Arabic
بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّي وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي، وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُهُ، فَإِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِي فَارْحَمْهَا، وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا، بِمَا تَحْفَظُ بِهِ عِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِينَ.
Meaning
In Your name my Lord, I lie down and in Your name, I rise, so if You should take my soul then have mercy upon it, and if You should return my soul then protect it in the manner You do so with Your righteous servants.

Transliteration
Allahumma innaka khalaqta nafsee wa-anta tawaffaha, laka mamatuha wamahyaha in ahyaytaha fahfathha, wa-in amattaha faghfir laha. Allahumma innee as-alukal-AAafiyah.

اللَّهمَّ إِنَّكَ خَلَقْتَ نَفْسِي وَأَنْتَ تَوَفَّاهَا لَكَ مَمَاتُهَا وَمَحْيَاهَا، إِنْ أَحْيَيْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا، وَإِنْ أَمَتَّهَا فَاغْفِرْ لَهَا. اللَّهمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ العَافِيَةَ.
Meaning
O Allah, verily You have created my soul and You shall take its life, to You belongs its life and death. If You should keep my soul alive then protect it, and if You should take its life then forgive it. O Allah, I ask You to grant me good health.’
2nd Dua before Sleeping
Transliteration
Alhamdu lillahil-lathee atAAamana wasaqana, wakafana, wa-awana, fakam mimman la kafiya lahu wala mu/wee.
in Arabic
اَلْحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا، وَكَفَانَا، وَآوَانَا، فَكَمْ مِمَّنْ لا كَافِيَ لَه ُُ وَلا مُؤْوِي.
Meaning
All praise is for Allah, Who fed us and gave us drink, and Who is sufficient for us and has sheltered us, for how many have none to suffice them or shelter them.
5th Dua for Sleeping
Transliteration
Allahumma qinee AAathabaka yawma tabAAathu AAibadak.
in Arabic
اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ.
Meaning
O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the day Your servants are resurrected.
Sunnahs Advice
There are different things and Manners the Prophet Muhammed (ﷺ) has been recorded doing before sleeping as Islam emphasizes the importance of cleanliness even before going to bed, as it is part of our faith.
We will mention them and you can choose whether you would like to add them to your routine before sleeping.
Perform the wudhu.
Dust your bed and pillow 3 times.
Sleep on your right side.
Free your heart from all worries and ask Allah for forgiveness.
I recited Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas three times each before going to bed.
