Hadith of Abu Arwa (may Allah be pleased with him)

حَدِيثُ أَبِي أَرْوَى (١)، ١٩٠٢٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ وُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو أَرْوَى قَالَ: كُنْتُ " أُصَلِّي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعَصْرَ، ثُمَّ آتِي الشَّجَرَةَ قَبْلَ غُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ " (٢)، ،

It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I used to perform the Asr prayer with the Noble Prophet (ﷺ), then I would reach my place before the sun had set.
