Hadith of 'Amir ibn Mas'ud al-Jumahi (may Allah be pleased with him)

حَدِيثُ عَامِرِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ الْجُمَحِيِّ (١)، ١٨٩٥٩ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ نُمَيْرِ بْنِ عَرِيبٍ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ الْجُمَحِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الصَّوْمُ فِي الشِّتَاءِ الْغَنِيمَةُ الْبَارِدَةُ " (٢)، ،

It is narrated from Aamir bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet said: The fasts of winter are a cool and pleasant bounty.
