Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا كُنْتُمْ ثَلَاثَةً،، ، فَلَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ الثَّالِثِ، إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ فَإِنَّ (١) ذَلِكَ يُحْزِنُهُ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "When you are three people, then two of you should not whisper to each other excluding the third, because this will cause grief to the third."
