حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْقَزَعِ "، وَالْقَزَعُ: أَنْ يُحْلَقَ رَأْسُ الصَّبِيِّ، وَيُتْرَكَ بَعْضُ شَعَرِهِ (٤)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade qaza': qaza' means that when cutting a child's hair, some hair is cut and some is left (as is the fashion nowadays).
