Translation

English translation

Qaza'ah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) sent me for some task and said: "Come close so that I may bid you farewell in the same manner as the Prophet (ﷺ) bid me farewell when sending me for a task." Then he took my hand and said: "I entrust your religion, your trustworthiness, and the outcome of your deeds to Allah."
