Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللهُ،، ، وَغِفَارٌ غَفَرَ اللهُ لَهَا، وَعُصَيَّةُ عَصَتِ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The tribe of Aslam—may Allah keep it safe; the tribe of Ghifar—may Allah forgive it; and 'Usayyah disobeyed Allah and His Messenger."
