Musnad Ahmad Hadith 6067

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) set out with the intention of performing Umrah, but the disbelievers of Quraysh came between the Prophet (ﷺ) and the House of Allah. The Prophet (ﷺ), being compelled, sacrificed the sacrificial animal and had his head shaved at Hudaybiyyah itself, and made a treaty with them on the condition that he would come for Umrah the following year and would not bring weapons with him, except for swords. And his stay in Makkah would be according to the wishes of Quraysh. Accordingly, the Prophet (ﷺ) came the following year for Umrah and entered Makkah according to the terms of the treaty. After staying for three days, the Quraysh asked the Prophet (ﷺ) to leave, so the Prophet (ﷺ) departed from Makkah.
