English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) let his hair grow and took the sacrificial animal with him. When he reached Makkah Mukarramah, he ordered the pure wives to come out of the state of Ihram. The pure wives asked, "Why do you not come out of Ihram?" The Prophet (ﷺ) replied: "I have tied a necklace around the neck of my sacrificial animal and have let my hair grow, therefore I cannot come out of Ihram until I have completed my Hajj and have my head shaved."
