حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ (٤) : سَمِعْتُ النِّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " إِذَا لَمْ يَجِدِ الْمُحْرِمُ النَّعْلَيْنِ، فَلْيَلْبِسِ الْخُفَّيْنِ يَقْطَعُهُمَا (٥) أَسْفَلَ مِنَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ " (٦)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: If a pilgrim in the state of ihram does not find shoes, he should wear socks, but he should cut them below the ankles.
