حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ قَالَ:، ، سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ (١) عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُزَايَدَةِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَبِيعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، إِلَّا الْغَنَائِمَ وَالْمَوَارِيثَ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
Zaid bin Aslam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that a man asked Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) about the sale in auction. He replied that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade that a person should sell over his brother’s sale, except in the case of spoils of war or inherited property.
