حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا أَرَادَ اللهُ تَعَالَى بِقَوْمٍ عَذَابًا أَصَابَ الْعَذَابُ مَنْ كَانَ فِيهِمْ، ثُمَّ بُعِثُوا عَلَى أَعْمَالِهِمْ " وَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ فِي حَدِيثِهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُول (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "When Allah Almighty intends to send punishment upon a people, then the punishment descends upon all the inhabitants there; then they will be resurrected according to their deeds (in the punishment, all—righteous and wicked—will be included, but reward and punishment will be according to deeds)."
