Musnad Ahmad Hadith 4629

Abdul Khaliq says that once I asked Sa'id bin Musayyib, may Allah have mercy on him, about nabidh (a type of drink). He replied that I heard Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, saying near this pulpit of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) that once a delegation of Banu Abdul Qais came with their leader. They asked the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) about drinks. The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) replied to them: Do not drink from hantam, dubba, or naqir. I asked him, "O Abu Muhammad! Is 'muzaffat' also included in this prohibition?" I thought perhaps he had forgotten this word, but he said, "On that day, I did not hear Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, mentioning it, although he certainly disliked it."
