Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ عَسْبِ الْفَحْلِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade taking a wage for giving a bull to mate with a female animal (or that he prohibited using such earnings).
