Original Arabic
قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ: حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا، ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أبي بُكيرة (١) ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ شُمَيْسَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade (drinking) from the pitcher.
