حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا كَانَتْ لَهُ حَاجَةٌ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ أَتَاهُمْ، ثُمَّ يَعُودُ وَلَا يَمَسُّ مَاءً " (٢)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Aisha that sometimes ghusl (ritual bath) would become obligatory upon the Prophet (peace be upon him), and the Prophet (peace be upon him) would return to his wife again without touching water with his hand.
