حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ الْعَيْزَارِ بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ: بِتُّ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَامَ " فَصَلَّى فِي ثَوْبٍ طَرَفُهُ عَلَيْهِ وَطَرَفُهُ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I had the opportunity to spend the night in the house of the Noble Prophet (ﷺ). The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) stood up to pray; one corner of the blanket was on the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) and the other corner was on Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). She was in her "days" at that time, meaning she could not pray.
