حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْأَحْوَلُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ مُنْذُ نَحْوِ سِتِّينَ سَنَةٍ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ: مَرَّ رَجُلٌ عَلَى حُذَيْفَةَ فَقِيلَ: إِنَّ هَذَا يَرْفَعُ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى الْأُمَرَاءِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ ـ أَوْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ـ: " لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ قَتَّاتٌ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The tale-bearer will not enter Paradise.
