حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْأَعْمَشَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ: ذُكِرَ الدَّجَّالُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: " لَأَنَا لَفِتْنَةُ بَعْضِكُمْ أَخْوَفُ عِنْدِي مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدَّجَّالِ، وَلَنْ يَنْجُوَ أَحَدٌ مِمَّا قَبْلَهَا إِلَّا نَجَا مِنْهَا، وَمَا صُنِعَتْ فِتْنَةٌ مُنْذُ كَانَتِ الدُّنْيَا صَغِيرَةٌ وَلَا كَبِيرَةٌ، إِلَّا [تَتَّضِعُ] لِفِتْنَةِ الدَّجَّالِ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the mention of Dajjal was being made in the presence of the Noble Prophet (ﷺ). The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "In my view, the trial among yourselves is more dangerous for you than the trial of Dajjal. Whoever is saved from this trial before the trial of Dajjal, he will also be saved from the trial of Dajjal. And since the world was created, every minor and major trial has been made for the trial of Dajjal."
