Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) was asked about the Day of Judgment. The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: Its knowledge is with my Lord; He alone will manifest it at its appointed time. However, I will tell you some of its signs and what will happen before it. Before the Day of Judgment, there will be tribulations and "Harj." The people asked, "O Messenger of Allah! We understand the meaning of tribulation, but what is meant by Harj?" The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: In the language of the people of Habasha, it means killing. And estrangement will spread among people, and no one will recognize anyone.
