حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، مَوْلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، (١) عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَلْبَسْ حَرِيرًا وَلَا ذَهَبًا " (٢)، ، قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنٌ أَحْمَدَ: وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ هَارُونَ بْنِ مَعْرُوفٍ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) say: Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not wear silk and gold.
