حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَعْفَرٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْعَلَاءُ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ السُّلَمِيِّ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ (١) ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ اقْتَطَعَ حَقَّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِيَمِينِهِ فَقَدْ أَوْجَبَ اللهُ لَهُ بِهَا النَّارَ، وَحَرَّمَ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ ". فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ: وَإِنْ كَانَ شَيْئًا يَسِيرًا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: " وَإِنْ قَضِيبًا مِنْ أَرَاكٍ " (٢)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever usurps the right of a Muslim through his oath, Allah makes Hell obligatory for him and forbids Paradise for him. Someone asked, "O Messenger of Allah! Even if it is a small thing?" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Even if it is only a twig of the arak tree."
