Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي سِمَاكٌ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ سَمُرَةَ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَوْ قَالَ قَالَ: رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، " إِنَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ السَّاعَةِ كَذَّابِينَ "، قَالَ أَخِي: وَكَانَ أَقْرَبَ إِلَيْهِ مِنِّي قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ؟ قَالَ: " فَاحْذَرُوهُمْ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Before the Day of Judgment, some great liars will certainly appear, so beware of them."
