حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ الْأَشْعَثِ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: " أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَتَوَضَّأَ مِنْ لُحُومِ الْإِبِلِ، وَلَا نَتَوَضَّأَ مِنْ لُحُومِ الْغَنَمِ، وَأَنْ نُصَلِّيَ فِي دِمَنِ الْغَنَمِ، وَلَا نُصَلِّيَ فِي عَطَنِ الْإِبِلِ " (١)، •
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) commanded us to perform ablution after eating camel meat, and not to perform ablution after eating goat meat, and to pray in sheep pens, but not to pray in camel pens.
