حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ غَرَسَ غَرْسًا أَوْ زَرَعَ زَرْعًا، (١) فَأَكَلَ مِنْهُ إِنْسَانٌ، أَوْ طَيْرٌ، أَوْ سَبُعٌ، أَوْ دَابَّةٌ، فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ " (٢)، ،

Translation

English translation

Narrated to us by Abu Mu'awiyah, from Al-A'mash, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever plants a plant, and a human, or a bird, or a wild animal, or a beast eats from it, then it is charity for him."
