حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ: قَالَ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُنْتَهِبِ قَطْعٌ، وَمَنْ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً مَشْهُورَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا، وَقَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَى الْخَائِنِ قَطْعٌ " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: The hand of the looter will not be cut off, but whoever commits looting has no relation with us. He also said that the hand of the treacherous person will not be cut off.
