Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَابِقٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَعَنَ اللهُ الْيَهُودَ، حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ شُحُومُهَا، (٢) فَأَكَلُوا أَثْمَانَهَا " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: May Allah's curse be upon the Jews. When Allah made fat unlawful for them, they melted it, sold it, and began to consume its price.
