Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: For ablution, one mudd of water is sufficient and for bathing, one sa’ of water is enough. A man said: It is not enough for me. Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: This amount was sufficient for the one who was better than you, and his hair was more than mine, meaning the Prophet (ﷺ).
