حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ رُومَانَ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْطَى امْرَأَةً صَدَاقًا مِلْءَ يَدَيْهِ طَعَامًا، كَانَتْ لَهُ حَلَالًا " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: If a man gives a woman even two handfuls of flour as a dowry, she becomes lawful for him.
