It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that we came to Makkah Mukarramah with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed seven circuits (Tawaf) of the Ka'bah, in the first three of which he walked briskly (Ramal), and in the remaining four he walked at a normal pace.
