Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَنَامُ حَتَّى يَقْرَأَ الم تَنْزِيلُ السَّجْدَةَ، وَتَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) would not sleep at night until he had recited Surah As-Sajdah and Surah Al-Mulk.
