وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا أَحَبَّ اللهُ الْعَبْدَ أَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ سَبْعَةَ أَضْعَافٍ (٢) لَمْ يَعْمَلْهَا، وَإِذَا أَبْغَضَ اللهُ الْعَبْدَ، أَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الشَّرِّ سَبْعَةَ أَضْعَافٍ (٢) لَمْ يَعْمَلْهَا " (٣)،

Translation

English translation

And it is narrated with the previous chain that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: When Allah is pleased with a servant, He turns towards him with goodness by turning away seven such deeds which he had not done before, and when He is displeased with a servant, He turns towards him with evil by turning away seven such deeds which he had not done before.
