Original Arabic
وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ، فَرَأَى خَيْرًا مِنْهَا، فَكَفَّارَتُهَا تَرْكُهَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
And it is narrated with the previous chain that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever swears an oath about something and then sees something else better, its expiation is that he should leave it.
