حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ هِيَ بِنْتُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةُ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُخْبِرَتْ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ تَعْنِي (٢) ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَصْلُحُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تُسَافِرَ، إِلَّا وَمَعَهَا ذُو مَحْرَمٍ لَهَا " (٣)، ،

Translation

English translation

It was reported to Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) used to give the verdict that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: No woman should undertake a journey of three days without a mahram.
