حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ الْمُنْكَدِرِ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " عَلَى كُلِّ، ، مُحْتَلِمٍ الْغُسْلُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، وَيَلْبَسُ مِنْ صَالِحِ ثِيَابِهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ طِيبٌ مَسَّ مِنْهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: On the day of Friday, it is obligatory for every adult person to perform ghusl (ritual bath), and that he should wear fine clothes on this day, and if available, he should also apply perfume.
