Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once they set out on a journey with the Prophet (ﷺ), and when they camped, they split into different groups. I went into the group where Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) was also present. There was also a Bedouin man with us. In the house of the villagers where we were staying, there was a woman who was "expecting." The Bedouin said to the woman, "Do you wish to have a son born to you? If you give me a goat, a son will be born to you." The woman gave him a goat, and the Bedouin recited several rhyming words of the same weight (as a charm) in front of her and then slaughtered the goat. When people sat down at the dining cloth to eat, a man said to the people, "Do you even know what kind of goat this is?" Then he narrated the whole incident to the people. I saw that Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) was putting his fingers in his throat and vomiting it out.
