حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَرْبُ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ، مَوْلَى الْمَهْرِيِّ (٣) حَدَّثَهُ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ بَعْثًا إِلَى، ، بَنِي لِحْيَانَ مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ، فَقَالَ: " لِيَنْبَعِثْ مِنْ كُلِّ رَجُلَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا، وَالْأَجْرُ بَيْنَهُمَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) sent this message to Banu Lihyan: One of every two men should go out for jihad, and both will receive the reward.
