Musnad Ahmad Hadith 11460

It is narrated from Tariq bin Shihab that once Marwan began to deliver the sermon before the prayer on the day of Eid, which had never happened before. Seeing this, a man stood up and said, "Marwan! You have acted against the Sunnah." He replied, "This practice has been abandoned." In that gathering, Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) was also present. He stood up and said, "This person has fulfilled his responsibility. I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: 'Whoever among you sees an evil and is not able to change it with his hand, then he should do so; if he is not able to do so with his hand, then with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so with his tongue, then he should consider it evil in his heart, and this is the weakest level of faith.'"
