English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a Jew came to the service of the Prophet (ﷺ) whose face bore marks of being struck, and he said, "One of your companions has beaten me." The Prophet (ﷺ) asked the concerned man, "Why did you do this?" He replied, "He gave preference to Musa over you." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do not give superiority to the Prophets (peace be upon them) over one another, because on the Day of Resurrection, everyone will fall unconscious, and I will be the first to raise my head from the earth. At that time, I will see Musa by the Throne. Now I do not know whether he will be among those who fall unconscious or not."
