تَنزِيلًا مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلْعُلَى

tanzīlan mimman khalaqa l-arḍa wal-samāwāti l-ʿulā
