حَدِيثُ جُنْدُبٍ (١)، ١٨٧٩٦ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جُنْدُبًا الْبَجَلِيَّ قَالَ: قَالَتْ امْرَأَةٌ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَا أَرَى صَاحِبَكَ إِلَّا قَدْ أَبْطَأَ عَلَيْكَ (٢) ؟ قَالَ: فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ: " {مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَى (٣) } [الضحى: ٣] "، ،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that a woman said to the Noble Prophet (ﷺ), "I see that your companion has not come to you for quite some time." Upon this, the following verse was revealed: "Your Lord has neither forsaken you nor is He displeased."

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، وَعَفَّانُ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ: أَصَابَ إِصْبَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَيْءٌ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ: حَجَرٌ، فَدَمِيَتْ، فَقَالَ: " " هَلْ أَنْتِ إِلَّا إِصْبَعٌ دَمِيتِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ مَا لَقِيتِ " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) had a wound on his finger and blood started to flow from it. So the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "You are just a finger, you have become bloodied, and you have not suffered any great hardship in the way of Allah."

حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جُنْدُبًا يُحَدِّثُ، أَنَّهُ شَهِدَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، صَلَّى ثُمَّ خَطَبَ، فَقَالَ: " مَنْ كَانَ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ، فَلْيُعِدْ مَكَانَهَا أُخْرَى "، وَقَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى: " فَلْيَذْبَحْ، وَمَنْ كَانَ لَمْ يَذْبَحْ فَلْيَذْبَحْ بِاسْمِ، ، اللهِ " (١)، ،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was present with the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) at the time when the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) delivered a sermon after offering the Eid prayer and said: Whoever has offered the sacrifice before the Eid prayer should offer another sacrifice in its place, and whoever has not slaughtered the animal before the Eid prayer should now slaughter it taking the name of Allah.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، أَخْبَرَنَا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ، عَنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْجُشَمِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا جُنْدُبٌ قَالَ: جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ فَأَنَاخَ رَاحِلَتَهُ، ثُمَّ عَقَلَهَا، ثُمَّ صَلَّى خَلْفَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَلَمَّا صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَتَى رَاحِلَتَهُ، فَأَطْلَقَ عِقَالَهَا ثُمَّ رَكِبَهَا، ثُمَّ نَادَى: اللهُمَّ ارْحَمْنِي وَمُحَمَّدًا، وَلَا تُشْرِكْ فِي رَحْمَتِنَا أَحَدًا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَتَقُولُونَ هَذَا أَضَلُّ أَمْ بَعِيرُهُ، أَلَمْ تَسْمَعُوا مَا قَالَ؟ " " قَالُوا: بَلَى، قَالَ: " لَقَدْ حَظَرْتَ رَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَاسِعَةٌ، (١) إِنَّ اللهَ خَلَقَ مِائَةَ رَحْمَةٍ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ رَحْمَةً وَاحِدَةً (٢) يَتَعَاطَفُ بِهَا الْخَلَائِقُ، جِنُّهَا وَإِنْسُهَا وَبَهَائِمُهَا، وَعِنْدَهُ تِسْعٌ وَتِسْعُونَ، أَتَقُولُونَ هُوَ أَضَلُّ أَمْ بَعِيرُهُ؟ " (٣)، ،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a Bedouin came, made his she-camel sit down, tied it, and joined the prayer behind the Noble Prophet (ﷺ). After finishing the prayer, he came to his mount, untied its rope, and mounted it. Then he loudly supplicated: "O Allah! Send Your mercy upon me and upon Muhammad (ﷺ), and do not include anyone else with us in this mercy." The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said to the companions (may Allah be pleased with them): "Tell me, is this man more ignorant or his camel? Did you not hear what he said?" The companions (may Allah be pleased with them) said: "Why not?" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "You wanted to limit Allah's vast mercy, whereas Allah Almighty has created one hundred mercies, of which He has sent down one mercy, and as a result, all creatures—jinn, humans, and even animals—show mercy and kindness to one another. The remaining ninety-nine mercies are with Him. Now tell me, is he more ignorant or his camel?"

مسند احمد / تتمہ مُسْنَدِ الْكُوفِيِّينَ / 18799

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ يَعْنِي الْقَطَّانَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ جُنْدُبٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَصَابَتْهُ (١) جِرَاحَةٌ، فَحُمِلَ إِلَى بَيْتِهِ، فَآلَمَتْ (٢) جِرَاحَتُهُ، فَاسْتَخْرَجَ سَهْمًا مِنْ كِنَانَتِهِ، فَطَعَنَ بِهِ فِي لَبَّتِهِ، فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ فِيمَا يَرْوِي عَنْ رَبِّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: " سَابَقَنِي بِنَفْسِهِ (٣)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man received a wound (in the battlefield). People picked him up and brought him home. When the pain became very severe for him, he took an arrow from his quiver and stabbed it into his own chest. When this was mentioned before the Noble Prophet (ﷺ), the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) conveyed this statement of Allah Almighty: "My servant has hastened in the matter concerning himself ahead of Me."

مسند احمد / تتمہ مُسْنَدِ الْكُوفِيِّينَ / 18800

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جُنْدُبَ بْنَ سُفْيَانَ يَقُولُ: اشْتَكَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ يَقُمْ لَيْلَتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا، فَجَاءَتْهُ امْرَأَةٌ فَقَالَتْ: يَا مُحَمَّدُ لَمْ أَرَهُ قَرَبَكَ مُنْذُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثٍ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: " {وَالضُّحَى وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَى مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَى} [الضحى: ٢] " (١)،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) fell ill, due to which he could not perform the night prayer for two or three nights. A woman came and said to the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), "I see that your companion has not come to you for quite some time." Upon this, the following verse was revealed: "Your Lord has neither forsaken you nor is He displeased."

مسند احمد / تتمہ مُسْنَدِ الْكُوفِيِّينَ / 18801

حَدَّثَنَا عَبِيدَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ جُنْدُبِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ الْبَجَلِيِّ ثُمَّ الْعَلَقِيِّ، أَنَّهُ صَلَّى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ أَضْحَى، فَانْصَرَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَإِذَا هُوَ بِاللَّحْمِ وَذَبَائِحِ الْأَضْحَى، فَعَرَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهَا ذُبِحَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ كَانَ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ، فَلْيَذْبَحْ مَكَانَهَا أُخْرَى، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ ذَبَحَ حَتَّى صَلَّيْنَا، فَلْيَذْبَحْ بِاسْمِ اللهِ " (٢)، ،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was present with the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) at the time when the Prophet (ﷺ) returned after offering the Eid al-Adha prayer. He saw meat and slaughtered sacrificial animals. The Prophet (ﷺ) understood that these animals had been slaughtered before the Eid prayer. So the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever has offered the sacrifice before the Eid prayer should offer another sacrifice in its place, and whoever has not slaughtered the animal before the Eid prayer should now slaughter it, taking the name of Allah.

حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، وَحُمَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ جُنْدُبٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ صَلَّى صَلَاةَ الْفَجْرِ فَهُوَ فِي ذِمَّةِ اللهِ، فَلَا تُخْفِرُوا ذِمَّةَ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، وَلَا يَطْلُبَنَّكُمْ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ ذِمَّتِهِ " (١)، ،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever performs the Fajr prayer comes under Allah’s protection, so do not take Allah’s protection lightly (as insignificant), and let it not be that He demands from you anything that is under His responsibility.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جُنْدُبًا يَقُولُ: اشْتَكَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ يَقُمْ لَيْلَةً أَوْ لَيْلَتَيْنِ، فَأَتَتْ امْرَأَةٌ فَقَالَتْ: يَا مُحَمَّدُ مَا أَرَى شَيْطَانَكَ إِلَّا قَدْ تَرَكَكَ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: " {وَالضُّحَى وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَى مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَى} [الضحى: ٢] " (١)، ،

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْعَبْدِيِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جُنْدُبَ بْنَ سُفْيَانَ الْعَلَقِيَّ، حَيٌّ مِنْ بَجِيلَةَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (١) صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:، وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ،: خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْأَضْحَى عَلَى قَوْمٍ، قَدْ ذَبَحُوا، أَوْ نَحَرُوا، وَقَوْمٍ (٢) لَمْ يَذْبَحُوا، أَوْ لَمْ يَنْحَرُوا، فَقَالَ: " مَنْ ذَبَحَ أَوْ نَحَرَ قَبْلَ صَلَاتِنَا فَلْيُعِدْ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَذْبَحْ أَوْ يَنْحَرْ، فَلْيَذْبَحْ أَوْ يَنْحَرْ بِاسْمِ اللهِ " (٣)، ،

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جُنْدُبًا الْعَلَقِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ، " أَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَبْطَأَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَجَزِعَ ". قَالَ: فَقِيلَ لَهُ: قَالَ: فَنَزَلَتْ: {وَالضُّحَى وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَى مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَى} [الضحى: ٢] (١)،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Jibreel delayed in appearing before the Prophet, which made the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) uneasy. Someone said something about this, upon which this verse was revealed: "Your Lord has not forsaken you, nor is He displeased."

مسند احمد / تتمہ مُسْنَدِ الْكُوفِيِّينَ / 18806

وسَمِعْتُ جُنْدُبًا يَقُولُ: دَمِيَتْ إِصْبَعُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: " هَلْ أَنْتِ إِلَّا إِصْبَعٌ دَمِيتِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ مَا لَقِيتِ " (٢)، ،

And it is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) had a wound on his finger and blood started to flow from it. So the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "You are but a finger, you have become bloodied, and you have not suffered any great harm in the way of Allah."

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جُنْدُبًا يَقُولُ:، قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ: الْبَجَلِيُّ قَالَ:، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ يُسَمِّعْ يُسَمِّعِ اللهُ بِهِ، وَمَنْ يُرَائي يُرَائي اللهُ بِهِ " (١)، ،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever does any deed to gain fame, Allah will leave him to that, and whoever does any deed for show (ostentation), Allah will leave him to that.

مسند احمد / تتمہ مُسْنَدِ الْكُوفِيِّينَ / 18808

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ جُنْدُبٍ الْعَلَقِيِّ، سَمِعَهُ مِنْهُ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ " (١)،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: I will be waiting for you at the Pond of Kawthar.

مسند احمد / تتمہ مُسْنَدِ الْكُوفِيِّينَ / 18809

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ،، ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جُنْدُبًا يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ "، (١) قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: " الْفَرَطُ الَّذِي يَسْبِقُ "،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) saying: I will be waiting for you at the Pond of Kawthar.

مسند احمد / تتمہ مُسْنَدِ الْكُوفِيِّينَ / 18810

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ جُنْدُبٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ " (٢)، ،

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Umayr, from Jundub, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "I will precede you at the Basin (al-Hawd)."

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، (١) عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جُنْدُبًا الْبَجَلِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ، أَنَّهُ شَهِدَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى ثُمَّ خَطَبَ، فَقَالَ: " مَنْ كَانَ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ، فَلْيُعِدْ مَكَانَهَا أُخْرَى، وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ: فَلْيُعِدْ أُخْرَى، وَمَنْ لَا فَلْيَذْبَحْ عَلَى اسْمِ اللهِ تَعَالَى " (٢)،

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، سَمِعَهُ مِنْ جُنْدُبٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ " قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: " الْفَرَطُ الَّذِي يَسْبِقُ " (٣)، ،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: I will be waiting for you at the Pond of Kawthar.

حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ جُنْدُبِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ الْبَجَلِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " مَنْ صَلَّى صَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ فَهُوَ فِي ذِمَّةِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، فَانْظُرْ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ لَا يَطْلُبَنَّكَ اللهُ مِنْ ذِمَّتِهِ بِشَيْءٍ " (١)،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever performs the Fajr prayer comes under Allah’s protection, so do not take Allah’s protection lightly (as insignificant), and He should not demand from you anything that is under His responsibility.

حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جُنْدُبَ بْنَ سُفْيَانَ يَقُولُ: شَهِدْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعِيدَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ، ثُمَّ خَطَبَ فَقَالَ: " مَنْ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ، فَلْيُعِدْ أُضْحِيَّتَهُ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَذْبَحْ، فَلْيَذْبَحْ عَلَى اسْمِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " (٢)، ،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was present with the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) at the time when the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) delivered a sermon after offering the Eid prayer and said: Whoever has offered the sacrifice before the Eid prayer should offer another sacrifice in its place, and whoever has not slaughtered the animal before the Eid prayer should now slaughter it taking the name of Allah.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامُ بْنُ أَبِي مُطِيعٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ، عَنْ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " اقْرَءُوا الْقُرْآنَ مَا ائْتَلَفَتْ عَلَيْهِ قُلُوبُكُمْ، فَإِذَا اخْتَلَفْتُمْ فَقُومُوا "، (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ، قَالَ: يَعْنِي عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ،

It is narrated from Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Recite the Noble Qur'an as long as you feel enthusiasm in your hearts, and when this feeling begins to diminish, then get up.
