Hadith of a man from the companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him)

حَدِيثُ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ١٨٠٧٤ - حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَّامٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ رَأَى: " النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَالَ، ثُمَّ تَلَا شَيْئًا مِنَ القُرْآنِ، وَقَالَ هُشَيْمٌ مَرَّةً: آيًا مِنَ القُرْآنِ، قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّ مَاءً " (١)، ،

It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that he saw the Prophet (ﷺ) urinate, and before touching water, he recited some portions (or some verses) of the Noble Qur'an.
