Hadith of Al-Harith ibn Ziyad from the Prophet (peace be upon him)

حَدِيثُ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ١٧٩٣٧ - حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ بْنِ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ أَبِي أُسَيْدٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَارِثَ بْنَ زِيَادٍ، صَاحِبَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ أَحَبَّ الْأَنْصَارَ أَحَبَّهُ اللهُ حِينَ يَلْقَاهُ، وَمَنْ أَبْغَضَ الْأَنْصَارَ أَبْغَضَهُ اللهُ حِينَ يَلْقَاهُ " (١)، ،

It is narrated from Harith bin Ziyad (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever meets Allah loving the Ansar, will meet Allah in such a state that Allah Himself will love him. And whoever meets Allah harboring hatred for the Ansar, will meet Allah in such a state that Allah Himself will hate him.
