Hadith of Qays al-Judhami (may Allah be pleased with him)

حَدِيثُ قَيْسٍ الْجُذَامِيِّ، ١٧٧٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ الْجُذَامِيِّ، رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " يُعْطَى الشَّهِيدُ سِتَّ خِصَالٍ عِنْدَ أَوَّلِ قَطْرَةٍ مِنْ دَمِهِ: يُكَفَّرُ عَنْهُ كُلُّ خَطِيئَةٍ، وَيُرَى مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَيُزَوَّجُ مِنَ الْحُورِ الْعِينِ، وَيُؤَمَّنُ مِنَ الْفَزَعِ الْأَكْبَرِ، وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، وَيُحَلَّى حُلَّةَ الْإِيمَانِ " (١)، ،

It is narrated from Qais Jazami (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: As soon as the first drop of a martyr's blood falls, he is granted six rewards: all his sins are forgiven, he is shown his abode in Paradise, he is married to the wide-eyed maidens (Hoor al-Ayn), he is kept safe from the greatest terror, he is protected from the punishment of the grave, and he is clothed with the garment of faith.
