Hadith of a man from the companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him)

حَدِيثُ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ١٥٤٢١ - حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ، وَعَفَّانُ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، قَالَ عَفَّانُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يُجْلَسَ بَيْنَ الضِّحِّ وَالظِّلِّ، وَقَالَ: " مَجْلِسُ الشَّيْطَانِ " (١)، ،

It is narrated from a companion that the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade sitting partly in the sun and partly in the shade, and said that this is a satanic way of sitting.
