Hadith of Suwayd al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him)

حَدِيثُ سُوَيْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، ١٥٦٥٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُقْبَةُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ،، ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَاهُ - وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ: قَفَلْنَا مَعَ نَبِيِّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ غَزْوَةِ خَيْبَرَ، فَلَمَّا بَدَا لَهُ أُحُدٌ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " اللهُ أَكْبَرُ جَبَلٌ يُحِبُّنَا وَنُحِبُّهُ " (١)، ،

It is narrated from Suwaid that we were returning from the Battle of Khaybar with the Prophet (ﷺ). When the Uhud mountain came into view, the Prophet (ﷺ) said "Allahu Akbar" and said: "This mountain loves us and we love it."
