Hadith of Nawfal ibn Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him)

حَدِيثُ نَوْفَلِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ (١)، ٢٣٦٤٢ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ نَوْفَلِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ فَاتَتْهُ الصَّلَاةُ فَكَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ أَهْلَهُ وَمَالَهُ " (٢)، ،

It is narrated from Naufal bin Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever misses his prayer, it is as if his family and wealth have been destroyed.
